Disappointing trip. My wife found 2 cute dresses but after going through 3 associates and being told to keep walking down the aisle and there'd be someone on the right, we put them back on the rack and left. If you're going to try and implement a Kohl's checkout process then do it correctly and have the cashier locations clearly delineated. Seeing at least 6 associates without any customers that aren't empowered to take care of the customer is pretty sad.

If there was a negative star I would give a negative. This place sucks. Go to the men's department for help. Wait 10, 15 minutes with nobody back there. Go to customer service to ask for help and she tells me there's nobody back there. No kidding. Just spent 350 bucks on clothes this past weekend. There came back for some shoes and nobody back there to help you. I will not be coming back to Macy's this place sucks. Sucks sucks

I called the fragrance department Monday around 4:00 pm. The woman who answered was rude and did not know anything about perfume I asked if Dior Poison was in stock she responded We dont sell poison but we sell plenty of perfumes by Dior I clarified that it was one of their popular perfumes and she still was unhelpful, I had to call another Macys where they simply searched their online system for it and told me it was available online and that it goes on SALE this Wednesday the lady who was ignorant at this location sounded about 30+ years old. This perfume has been out since 1985 and is very popular, this lady has no business working in this department, many perfumes have irregular names for marketing purposes all perfumes arent going to be call something familiar like Daisy, she should know that!!!
