I would love to say I had a great experience at Holley Dentistry, because originally I did. The dental hygienist was very friendly and comforting. The dentist was knowledgeable and professional. Long story short, the dentist suspected that I might be grinding my teeth at night while I sleep. I didn't argue and went along with his diagnosis and he ordered me a bite guard. A couple weeks later at my follow up appointment the Dentist said, "No...actually you don't need the bite guard, I was wrong." I have never received this bite guard. While I was leaving and taking care of the bill the dentist came over and told the receptionist to take that charge off. I have now received several rude and outrageous phone calls from that receptionist. I explained to her that the $35 balance was for a product/service that I never received. She yelled, threatened to take me to court and put me in collections, and also said I would not be allowed to return to Holley Dentistry until the charge was paid. I received letters and phone calls from a collections agency and explained the situation. They agreed and didn't make me pay. Holley Dentistry needs to hire someone component to work at their reception desk. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life!
