I originally went for a second opinion and ended up switching to them for all my dental needs. Unfortunately their office has poor communication. I had a "past due" balance when I was never made aware I owed anything in the first place. Currently I can't even get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. No one picks up. I've left a voice mail and never received a call back.

I was denied a dental cleaning because I wouldn't agree to x-rays again in November, 2023. I had a complete exam within 3 years. I'm personally, very nervous about dental X-ray, Brain cancer, Parotid glands, Breast cancer, sinuses, throat and especially Thyroid cancer. I refused additional x-rays again. Sadly, my insurance was also not verified. Federal government retired Blue Cross and Shield. Yes, My insurance always paid in the past? It's just not acceptable to wait any longer for me anymore. It's January, a new year , no calls yet and I guess I can move onward to another dentistry. I won't be back even if your services are Free.

First, I was able to find and set an appt within the same week online! And I did not mind driving 25 mins from Chesapeake to the Red Mill area of Va Beach which is very attractive and perfect for shopping and a meal. I had such a pleasant experience at this practice from the front desk and dental assistant to the end. The 1st office visit is FREE when you dont have dental insurance and included Xrays, and a gum disease and oral cancer screening by the dental hygienist. I also met wifh the dentist who completed a short oral exam, explained each Xray in detail and provided a referral. The visit ended with meeting the office manager who provided me with several resources for follow up care. Thank you all for your EXCELLENT customer service!
