LWSS Family Dentistry - Virginia Beach - Red Mill

I was a patient here at this dentistry, nervous because I am not good at getting my teeth done haha. However, the staff was very welcoming and kind, and I felt super comfortable the whole time. My teeth were cleaned efficiently and effectively. Overall, 10/10 experience! I highly recommend this dentistry.

Been going here for years. They always take care of me, and even got me in on short notice prior to them no longer taking medicaid.

Paid estimated cost upfront, ends up 1200 dollars more need to pay. All they want is your money, not enough customers to support their operations.

Had a partial denture made that broke 3 days later, tried to get an appointment to get it fixed but was given the run around. I called all locations and still not offered a solution. Fast forward a few months I got a bill in the mail for the denture that broke. I called to get an explanation of the bill and I was given the run around again. I talked to 4 different people and everyone one of them said they would call back and I never received a call back. Today I walked into the Virginia Beach office to get answers about my bill and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.This practice is substandard and only cares about money. I do not recommend anyone use this practice. Do not go to this practice ever.
