Never runs on time. The woman who checks you in up front is less than friendly and is straight down to business. She wanted my CC for payment before I'd even  been seen. One other patient here and I'm waiting 1 hour passed my scheduled appointment time. If I treated my clients this way, they'd fire me. Never in the time I'd been waiting did anyone even attempt to let me know they were running late. If I could leave, I would.

Ok, so let me start by saying the Dr. is very nice and seems quite knowledgeable.The nurse that stayed and monitored me over night was very nice and helpful. I didn't feel as uncomfortable knowing she was watching and listening to me sleep.My problem is with whom ever does the insurance billing.  They billed my insurance wrong and then when called about it, I realized they scheduled me for a second appt that wasn't even required, but was authorized by (the insurance company they billed incorrectly) so they were going to have me come in for no reason.

Early appointments, patient focused. Explain everything clearly. Make every effort to get patients in timely manner.
