100% satisfied with the job Todd and his crew did building a covered deck between our pool and Florida room. Work included Trek decking and trim, structural framing, roofing, soffits, gutters and downspouts, steps, two sliding glass doors, custom storage bench, step lights, recessed lighting, flood lights, ceiling fan, and several outlets. The new work (roofing, siding, steps, etc) matched seamlessly with existing. I prefer the way they separate labor (fixed), and material (estimated range, you pay actual). Material came in at the bottom of the estimated range so under budget. Good communication throughout. Todd took care of all the permitting and inspection headaches and is obviously experienced dealing with the city. Job started on time and finished a few days early. Workers were professional and courteous. If you're not impressed when they show up you will be when they finish. I got two other estimates that werent nearly as detailed and their earliest start dates were months later. Todd's was the lowest and included some things the others didn't offer. Todd suggested a more practical foundation the others didn't even know about that saved me about $2k. I'm an engineer and I checked the structural members - if there's an earthquake I'm going on the deck!

Todd and his company broke a special ordered pergola without plans to fix it. I do not recommend working with them.
