My child attended this location for roughly 2-3 months before I couldnt handle the treatment he received. My son never had diaper rash until he began going here. I sent cream and wrote on the daily sheet like I was asked and the cream was almost never applied. My sons face would also be extremely red, cracked and bleeding. This wasn't an issue prior and would clear over the weekend while home. I sent cream for his face as well and wrote on the daily sheet to have it applied but that was also almost never applied. They suggested their detergent was irritating him. I then sent all of our own blankets and sheets which didnt help. I suggested some of the females wore to much perfume. His classroom would smell so strong of perfume my nose would burn and I'm not a sensitive person. My son was also constantly sick. In the time he was there he had 5 ear infections which led to tubes being placed.When it came time to feeding him solids one day I would be told I could provide my own homemade food and then the next I would be told I couldnt. 0ne day I would be told it was fine to have 2 fruits blended in a bowl or have 2 veggies blended in a bowl and the next I would be told it wasn't appropriate. The director called me one day and had the audacity to raise her voice to me telling me my son didnt have anything appropriate to eat even though I had verified with 2 people that apples mixed with banana was "appropriate" per their rules. They were very insistent that I fed him store bought gerber food which I was choosing not to and having zero issues providing my own food daily.
