This attorney was entrusted with little childrens lives and he failed them. He was made aware of abuse by the father and made aware the father was alcoholic, he too was made aware the childrens babysitter was abusive to the children yet this guy goes to court and totally disregards the childrens well being, I assume because he was a single father! Its ok if babies are safe and taken care of but this was not the case. This attorney did not care about the children in the least! If you love your children do NOT hire him ! He does NOT care about your children. Do NOT hire him

When searching, reading reviews from different lawyer sites such as Avvo etc. Searching the state bar and reading google reviews and with all the fellow attorney endorsements this attorney had I have to say we were impressed. He did show some passion some the first court case, However after retaining JD Garrett myself and my wife quickly came to realize this is a lawyer who is not a fighter. This is a lawyer who likes to not have tough cases. This is a lawyer who's communication skills seriously need some work. This is a lawyer who NEVER explains anything, he leaves you the client in the dark which brings on frustration and no understanding whatsoever to his clients. This is a lawyer who asks you question's but when you go to respond he never let's you speak. When you begin to disagree with him or try to explain where you are at in (Your) thinking he calls you combative or argumentative. This is a lawyer who never returns phone calls, or emails. This is a lawyer who never wants you to think, speak or have anything to say which makes for hostile relationships between attorney client. He has a very narcissistic attitude yet couldn't produce a single result he said he could. When you do not want to communicate but take a clients money and not do nothing you are going to have major problems. I am a Chief petty officer in the Navy been in 20 years and I have never seen such horrible communication in my entire life and I am in the Navy for goodness sakes. This lawyer took on a case and expected it to be a breeze and it turned out to be a war (Because he was way to confident and did not properly prepare) and he was completely unqualified to handle a social services case. 3 times 3 different court cases each time this lawyer said they have nothing (Which they don't they just keep meddling but this lawyer allows it instead of fighting for you he allows the witch hunt) the case would be dismissed and the case is still ongoing 9 months now. This attorney basically took on a case he was totally unqualified to defend instead of being honest that this was not a type of case he could handle. Looking back on everything I am sure when he ran a law firm with partners he was an excellent attorney since he has disbanded his law group with partners he has a office but is never at it, he only carries his files on an Ipad. He is never available. He definitely has let his integrity go big time and needs to stick to just traffic court not complex court matters seen how he wants to do as little work as much as possible, I am glad he removed himself from our case so we could retain new council. Save your money, your time and find someone else. Forcing to give 1 star in order to post but deserves none.
