Super company, excellent service!!! They worked with my company during COVID assisting us with Rent, responds promptly with issues with Common Area Maintenance and gracious with repairs not included in lease.

Rented a space off of Holland Road and walked the space with the owner, John. Very down to earth, realistic, aware of the current business climate, and did everything he said he would. Worked with his team without any complaints. Eventually outgrew the space and my needs expanded outside of a shopping center dynamic, but would certainly rent from them again for the right space and would absolutely recommend others to consider a property in Katsiass portfolio if it met their need. Something also worth noting: the property off of Holland Road has smaller footprint spaces that are ideal for startups or early-stage businesses looking to transition to a physical space, add a Virginia Beach location, or want to prove a concept without taking on the square footage thats associated with most newer construction3000 ft. and up. In my experience, they are a no BS kind of company.
