I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my Samsung Galaxy S10+ to a repair store for a new back glass and battery replacement. Regrettably, within two hours of retrieving my device, the screen ceased to function. Upon returning to the store, I was informed by the technician who had worked on my phone that she had mistakenly used an excessive amount of alcohol, which likely damaged the screen. This individual was the same person to whom I had entrusted my phone for the initial back glass and battery replacement.
The store manager promptly provided me with a loaner iPhone until a new screen could be ordered and installed. However, the replacement screen proved to be subpar. The in-screen fingerprint reader no longer functioned, the bezels were noticeably misaligned, and the pixel quality was reminiscent of a phone from over a decade ago.
Although I did receive a full refund for the unsatisfactory repair, I was ultimately compelled to purchase a new phone due to the compromised state of my original device. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against entrusting Samsung phones to this particular repair location and will refrain from utilizing their services in the future.

In and out in less than an hour. They squeezed us in at the very end of their day and STILL accommodated for our own time restrictions. The screen is perfect and the face detection still works. They definitely were worth the 16 mile drive. A few months later, the repair seems to have undone itself, rendering the screen useless. We ultimately had to purchase a new phone.

We experienced a cracked iPad mini 2 screen and sought out your business to repair the cracked screen. The iPad mini had no other issues when it was brought to your business besides the cracked screen. She brought the iPad into your business on 01/20/2024 and picked it up once the screen was repaired.
Immediately following your company's initial repair, we noticed multiple ripples were found underneath the screen, the home button became periodically unresponsive, and the iPad OS started to freeze. Although the screen was damaged, these other issues were not present before your company's attempted repair. After several attempts to reach your business, a call was answered by your staff, and it was stated that the iPad would need to be looked at further.
The iPad was brought back to your location on 02/17/2024. One of your staff members stated that the iPad's swollen battery was the reason for the ripples in the screen, and an additional repair quote was provided.
It is concerning that this device was and is dangerous to use after the botched repair by your staff. Your staff never addressed this concern about the battery at the initial repair and only brought it up once it was noted how poorly the screen repair was done. I attempted to talk to a staff member about the concerns we have but was met with hostility and unprofessionalism.
