We spent a couple of months in the design phase and consulting with different contractors to build a front porch, wrap around deck, a second story balcony (off the master bedroom), replace a window with a door and repair a door/threshold with water damage. Some of the prices were ridiculous, some of the people were just rude and we even had some companies No Call/No Show after scheduling.After meeting Jim with Home Designs, we decided to hire his company. He has very insightful advice, he did a great job of listening to what we wanted and the cost was very fair. We are extremely satisfied with our choice. The communication, respect for our home and family, quality of construction and attention to detail was amazing.Not only did he add on to our home with the construction, but with his presence. It was a pleasure having him around. He is a very positive and trustworthy person.The project was just finished and we have already referred others to Home Designs.

A couple years ago I had the pipes in my kitchen burst. It was a mess. Mr. Williams came on board and did a tremendous job. The most beautiful plumbing job I have ever seen. Also had to put in some new walls. And he also rebuilt one of the cabinets for me. And a new counter top. His work is over the top. He is really good with details. I would advise anyone to use him. If you are picky and looking for a professional look Jim Williams is your man. You won't be sorry. Deb.
