I brought my GTR to Autogenix for a detail. The car sat outside for 2 years while at the shop. He informed me I could not get the package I wanted to do but could offer me a package that would make the car look 100 times better than what it did. The clear coat on my GTR is almost gone. They updated me every day on the progress of my car. They had it for 2 days due to letting the car cure before pick up. I could see in pictures how good the car was coming along. I picked the car up and was completely impressed. He made my car look almost new again. Customer service and honestly was up and beyond expectations. Thank you Autogenix for doing an amazing job. This particular detailer went above and beyond for the care of my new car. Not only was transportation provided to-from but he also took the time to perform a stage 2 deep correction on the damaged paint from the dealer prior to ceramic application. We can talk all day about his superior detailing skills but what REALLY stood out was his reluctance to remain complacent. He found an issue - communicated directly with me and fixed it. Often you find businesses simply doing the job you asked and not telling you if other issues exist. I can tell you this gentleman is not satisfied with average. Mr. Grimm took the time to really go over the car and many of these items were fixed and/or remedied free of charge since his heart said do the right thing. That means alot now adays as so many people cut corners to save a nickel. It is readily apparent Mr. Grimm carries the old school mantra of doing the VERY BEST job the first time to make his product the best he can be. Well done.
