Sorry about your experience at Nu Image Detail we definitely are not in the business of short changing or cutting corners for our customers. During our pre inspection of your vehicle you pointed out the major areas that need to be addressed to get top dollar from the dealership being stained seats, scuff marks on the interior, interior dirt and debris. You also stated that the vehicle would needed you vehicle back by 2pm. To allow you ample time to make it to work, I took note of that and used the time allowed for the most important elements. We briefly discussed how to unlock the truck bed cover and you said “ if you have time to spray the truck bed that’s cool if not it’s ok”. Being a detailer for the amount of years that I have been I’ve had a fair amount of experience with used car dealerships and what they are looking for. It’s my job to make the most noticeable problem areas such as stained seats and scuff marks ect not look so noticeable so the dealer will give you top dollar. We tackled every area that might give you issues and that takes time. Due to the allowed amount of time to work on the vehicle It was my decision not to do the bed of the truck because of three things. 1, I was told it’s ok if we don’t do it 2.You needed the truck back by a certain time and 3. if we did the truck bed once you start driving all the excess water in crevasses will come out the bed and on to your bumper causing that to look dirty. When you called to request a partial refund I stated that you said if we can do it cool if not it’s ok and I also said if the dealership doesn’t buy the truck bring it back and we will correct anything we missed. Based on our text conversation your vehicle sold that same weekend, So CONGRATULATIONS on the sale of your truck.
