I've had 4 service experiences here so far. The first 3 were awful. From being denied a loaner vehicle when they kept my car for several days to being rudely told that services weren't covered under my service plan even though the salesman who sold me the service plan said they were. I was not a fan of the miscommunication or my treatment. The saving grace was visit 4. It was a different service advisor. I saw Greg this time and he literally changed the entire rating. He was kind and professional. I'd recently had surgery and he made sure I had a chair in the waiting area and brought all my paperwork to me instead of making me walk to the office. He was very helpful and explained everything going on. He gets 5 stars and the others get none.
