        The shop owner Alex is a scholar and a gentlemen. He and his brother are experienced mechanics who know what they are doing and genuinely care about helping out their customers. I have taken both of my cars in for major service. Alex took care of the problem thoroughly and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Kempsville Car Care Center.

        Had a great experience today! Needed some work done under warranty from a used dealer and they took my suv in at 1130 and had it fixed by 3:30. Alex was amazing and super friendly. Will definitely be returning for future needs
