While I needed legal representation for a real estate matter, my experience fell below expectationsthe professional conduct and demeanor required to have the expected standard of professionalism. During our interactions, there was a predominant focus on financial aspects rather than a genuine concern for legal matters. The emphasis on monetary gains overshadowed the ethical and professional obligations one expects from legal counsel in the real estate field. Regrettably, the provided legal services did not align with the anticipated level of expertise and proficiency. The lack of attention to detail and the apparent haste in addressing critical aspects of the case could have been better. As a client seeking comprehensive and reliable legal guidance, the pursuit appeared more profit-driven than client-centric, which is different from the esteemed reputation one would anticipate from a real estate lawyer. While acknowledging the complexities of legal matters, the experience left much to be desired regarding the ethical approach and client-oriented service delivery.

This man is simply amazing. He represents the decency of all things legal having intervened as my counsel during a very turbulent divorce process. I would entrust him with whatever legal needs you may have!! I hope he gets to be a Judge some day. He is fair and direct. Thank you Mark!!!

Mark Simon is very good at interpreting the law and defending it. If you want a lawyer who will not lie to you but will prepare you for court proceedings correctly, he is the lawyer I trust.

Mark L. Simons is the Harvey Specter of Virginia Traffic Law!!! He wasn't even my original attorney, but he was nice enough to take my case with almost no notice. I could not attend court myself as I live up north, but he went in on my behalf with what I thought would be an unwinnable case. We were just hoping for the minimum sentence (a $125 fine with court costs, a 3 point deduction on my license, and a mandatory 8 hour driving course) and he managed to get the whole thing dismissed! I didn't have to pay a dime to the court, but every penny on legal representation with Mark is money well spent!
