        We called about a broken washer machine. Jake quoted us 219 for parts and an additional 120 for labor. He took payment for the parts and said he'd return when they came in, he then missed 2 appointments. After many missed phone calls and texts, he finally got back to us and gave a full refund. From other reviews we were lucky. Still would not recommend but he did the right thing in the end.

        Paid for our oven to be fixed, but after several missed appointments the contact died. The voicemail is often full and if you do actually leave a message, don't expect a reply. Avoid unless you enjoy calling constantly for an update and never getting anywhere. Services: Stove, cooktop & oven repair, Oven repair
