I live in here since 2022 and I am happy with my living arrangements. The management is responsive and the maintenance crew is the best. Garry and Isaiah are the most friendly and knowledgeable maintenance professionals I've ever experienced. Any time I put in a request, they fix it in a timely manner. I was a bit annoyed with the garbage collection but that is a minor matter. I reached out to the office and they handled the issue quickly. If you have a problem with noise then, this is not the place for you. The jets fly over any day of the week regardless to the time of the day or the night but, this can't unfortunately be addressed by the property's management, it's a location problem, and I say unfortunately because everything else is just perfect! Location wise, you have the boardwalk at a walking distance, and very good restaurants, shopping centers and supermarkets. I give this property five stars!!!!

You deserve better. Trust me. I regret moving here and the VA Beach area (or anywhere in VA). New to the area/state, was not informed of the JET NOISE. JET NOISE. JET NOISE. JET NOISE. This was not disclosed. Which is required per VA law. Constant, screeching roaring jet noise, right up to bedtime, after midnight, and first thing in the morning. You think you will get used to it, but what effect is this having on me? RAGE. I think you'd have to be brain dead to get used to it. Are you brain dead? Leasing staff, sweet but completely USELESS. They do nothing. My apartment was fine, but yes, spiders. The occasional full sized roach (coming in from the hallway!). Oh, and the noise from the apartment above....hahahaha. No help from leasing in setting up a pest control appointment means one star review. See above comment. Leasing staff do nothing. I thought living close to the beach would make this an OK choice but the building and area is full of losers, like people who leave their kids in the hall and walk away, or people who let their dogs poop (and pee) on the carpets in the hallway. Or people who think it is OK to drive 35mph in the garage. TOTAL LOSERS. Which kind of sums up the area. Obviously not all the neighbors suck. But mostly. Your dog will not like it here. And will probably become aggressive. I blame jet noise, and the macho vibe in this area. ZERO hallway a/c and ventilation. Then some idiot puts his stinking trash (baby diapers) in the hallway at 9am instead of at night, and you get one disgusting hallway. Gym is perfect, except...no a/c. Unlike other reviewers, I have had no problems with maintenance, they were prompt and efficient. But when they learned I was moving out they stopped making an effort with my maintenance requests. Which means I have no hot water in either bathroom sink, and no one is coming to repair it. I'd call the City Codes Dept if I was planning on staying. I regret moving in here 100%. But I loved that big round bathtub and once in awhile having the pool to myself. I miss free parking ;)
