Aria Apartment Homes

I really love Aria Apartments. The community has a family feel, the office staff is great and maintenance is awesome. I highly recommend if you are looking for a centrally located apartment and reasonably priced in Virginia Beach.

Not very helpful. I wanted to get some information and I am someone who makes six figures with great credit and that location wouldve been very perfect for me, but I was rushed and basically not treated fairly.

Aria has been my favorite apartment complex that I have lived in. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful with anything I need. Maintenance always responds quickly and keeps the community looking great! Would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking!

Way over priced. Should be way less. Constantly annoy you with notes on doors along with inspections like this is military housing. The staff always appears to be walking around pretending to be doing something but do next to nothing. They are good at pretending they do thing's though. Appliances are outdated, terrible painting inside and out. Nosy and very fake staff who appear nice but aren't. We we there to visit my aunt and uncle 2x. Would never recommend this place. These are all the things they told us and what we noticed first-hand. Definitely way better places in Virginia Beach.
