We had something die in our ductwork. We could not find someone who could take it out. Finally we found Universal and they did a wonderful job cleaning all of our ductwork and finding the dead rat and removing it! Bravo Universal. 2 days later and the smell has not dissipated. Every time the hvac comes on we get a blast of dead rat odor. After the universal employee left we found he did not clean up behind himself. There was dirt all over the carpets and. Furniture was out of place. He left 2 ducts uncleaned that we did catch before he left and he did go back to those but said we had not told him about We are not pleased .

My wife and I couldn't give enough praise in how much of an amazing first experience with Universal Duct Cleaning. My wife was especially excited to see how first interaction was with Jimmy, who came by for our consultation visit to discuss a game plan as well as how they quote. The first impression was key for My wife how he introduced himself but more importantly before entering our home he put on his shoe covers over his shoes to protect our new flooring, without even asking. Then when Jacob our tech came to perform the work he did the same and gave me the game plan for taking care of us. He was very informative of what was happening and suggested great options for us to maintain a clean and healthy air flow throughout out house. JACOB was very professional and friendly to work with. I highly recommend to anyone interested in better quality air throughout their home to get their ducts cleaned by Universal. We will definitely have them do the work again in the future.
