Im new to town and am trying to find an accountant to help me with some tax questions. I spoke to a woman who took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I never heard from them again. If they arent organized or professional enough to return a phone call, I definitely wouldnt depend on them to help me with my taxes. If they happen to get in touch, I will gladly revise my review, but as it stands now, Im pretty disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I worked for Gary Francisco when I was in my 20's. This was his own business. He was a great Manager and a mentor. He taught me accounting 101, was patient, kind, soft spoken even when I know he probably didn't want to be. His mentoring started my career with finances, business accounts, monthly and quarterly financials. He taught me payroll, how to do taxes, and eventually all aspects that are involved as an Accountant, although I was only an employee. Because of what I learned, it opened up doors and opportunities for me. I am now 59 and I still thank him for teaching me what I would not have seen myself. Great people to work with! Sarah goes out of her way to help us, and they've answered any question we've had. We went through three accountants before finding them, and they are the best!
