        OMA gym is a great boxing gym for all experience levels. James is a dedicated and focused trainer who truly cares about your progress. His workouts are tailored to each clients specific needs, while still covering all the fundamentals of boxing/kickboxing.

        I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone! I have been taking kickboxing here for almost a year. James is a great coach - the workouts are challenging, fun, and always different. He cheers you on and pushes you to do your best while making sure your form is correct to avoid injury. He takes the time to ask about your day, your goals, and answer questions. Wish I had found this place sooner!
