I have been partnering with Magnets USA since 2015. While I place multiple smaller orders throughout the year, I place a very large order every year with a 6-team football schedule. Being in Orlando, I always add the top 3 colleges in our area (UF, UCF, FSU), the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and our local high school football team. We send out almost 10,000 magnets annually and I can easily attribute multiple sales annually due to our magnets. I love going into homes on appointments and seeing our branded football schedule on their refrigerator. I love working with Magnets USA because of their professionalism, quality of work, communication and turn around time. In my field of work, those qualities are needed from me, as well as the people I work with. I highly recommend Magnets USA and their team!!

I received my order yesterday and was very happy with the way it turned out. The design looks great and the product feels very high quality. I ordered the custom magnet notepads and design service.

Website has "Save for Later" option below each product you worked to complete. The call center says that the feature does not exist??? Had to spend an hour and start over!

I wasted so much time and money with this company. I left 2 unanswered messages and spoke with several managers trying to resolve the issues. You can't rely on the time frame or size stated. They send an order confirmation after the order that gives a different time than what the website offers. The size of the magnet wouldnt work with the recommended envelope size either. I purchased my own envelopes in the recommended size only to find out that the calendar portion is wider than the business card portion at the top and would not fit in the envelopes that I had purchased and gotten ready for mailing. Their solution was to help with my future order. NO WAY NO THANKS. Steer clear unless you have time and money to blow.

Magnets USA is my go to company for all of my marketing needs! They have incredible products, affordable prices, and superb cosumer service. Malicah was very helpful and helped me get exactly what I needed! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
