Have to say not very friendly Have call multiple times over the past few weeks & even though I have an account with this company To be told that the sales rep I had no longer works for the company And they don't have enough sales people to take an order for me When I can come to the flower shop right down the street from my shop. Now I see why there Richmond branch closed and there rating is only a 2.3 they don't have to worry about me calling again.

We set-up a new account with this wholesaler and purchased lot's of stuff as we opened a new store in the area. Between other stuff we purchased lots of dish gardens and few days later my wife realized that actually they all have a disease, we called them to let them know about and they became very angry and rude (Debbie and the Owner Mr. Dunman) treated my wife with disrespect, and kicked her out when she went there to return the plants and pick up something else in exchange. Just to mention that we are in this type of business (Florist) for over 20 years but never experience something like that! There response was that they are in the business for 60 years, have plenty costumers and they don't need us, Wow!!! I wondered why their other reviews are so bad before we first got to meet them?!, now I know and if I could give them zero stars I would, Shame!
