I was on a time deadline so I felt caught since she had spent 10 minutes pinning it up (to show where it should be hemmed). I failed to ask the price prior to her pinning, but having had other dresses hemmed in other cities (I'm new to this area), I had no idea it would be so expensive! In hindsight, I should have taken my dress and shopped other places. The (only) silver lining was it was hemmed properly and done on time. Lesson learned. Service: Alterations
