        Was told to come in for a internet box upgrade when i called them due to current one not keeping signal. In the process of lady looking up my account the manager came out with a attitude saying they can't do it I'm on a call now about it contact customer service. When I mentioned all the reviews off ppl upgrading at that location he raised his voice said its POLICY! Chest pumped like he was looking for an argument. felt so disrespected. Had to walk away before i stuck up for myself.. The 2 employees working seemed so tense too can tell its toxic environment. Ruined my birthday mood for sure.

        Will not be returning to this location. Walked in as old sprint customers with an already astronomical bill for 2 lines. Then after they took off all these charges our bill was $100 cheaper. Then they told us that we could upgrade, get Apple Watches, and protection 360 all for under what our old bill as sprint customers were, so we agreed and because it was all so poorly explained, we ended up paying even more than before the bill change! Thankfully, the valley view location informed me that the Vinton location is a 3rd party satellite store and that were not the only ones who have had problems. Just a shame someone couldnt have better explained what was going on.
