Bank of Botetourt

I went to the Bank's ATM, and withdrew $200 and paid the Bank's ATM fee as many others charge. And then walked in and politely asked the teller to change one of the $20's for four $5 dollar bills so I could pay a person outside what I owed them. And she was extremely polite, but refused telling me that it was the Bank's Manager that dictated policy that UNLESS you are an account holder, NO transactions or services are to be provided. So if you want to change a denomination of a bill, or purchase a money order or Cashiers Check - or even use their ATM - I suggest you think Twice about that - because when I placed my card into their ATM, I did become a customer because they CHARGED me. And this Manager has needs to be educated by the Public that if you want to run a Business - you need to be considerate of everyone who walks through those doors.
