        I had my two daughters registered. As the first week was coming, hardly informed of any coach assignment, timeline, location, etc., so I kept sending questions but heard nothing. In the first week, one coach assigned before the first day of practice and she changed schedule three times, then canceled in the end. I could finally reach out to register office to ask refund, and they charged $30 fee and said it's the fee no matter what the reasons are.

        Allowing racist players on your Vienna Youth Soccer Red 07G team is disgusting. Player #10 called my daughter a racial slur during the game and not addressing right then and there tells me that this type of behavior is tolerated and acceptable! I will be taking this matter up to the highest possible level and seek legal advice to ensure this will never happens again. The only acceptable apology will be to kick that player out of your club however Im working on getting her banned from the league so she can NEVER play soccer again!

        Thank you for the feedback; we are sorry to hear your experience with us was not great.Our House program has a high level of volunteer involvement, with whom we work diligently with to provide a positive experience for our members. Due to the nature of the volunteer role, we have to adjust to accommodate the volunteer coach's schedule. It seems the volunteer coach on the team you were assigned had time constraints that prevented them from hosting practice and sending a welcome email.Once again, we apologize for your experience but hope to have you in one of our programs in the future.
