Cereset Vienna

I was skeptical at first about the Cereset technology. I have tried so many modalities to help with my anxiety, unpredictable anger/explosive rage and focus/concentration issues. After only 4 sessions of Cereset, I am finally feeling calm and centered. I havent had this feeling for over a decade and when I finally felt it, it brought me tears of joy. My focus has also greatly improved. I can stay on task, have full concentration when presenting and am more present in conversations. My family has also noticed a difference in my mood and behavior. I am forever grateful to Kris for her help and support during this journey. After years of engaging in daily habits to manage stress and maintain a positive emotional energy "charge" (think of a battery), investing in Cereset Vienna services to optimize my brain has been a game changer. Skills and tools I've been using to regulate negative emotions and manage conflict/stress make more sense and feel more natural. Overall, I have more clarity about myself and how I show up in life, I have increased self-compassion, and I'm showing up as my own BFF consistently. It's exciting! Kris and Monica at Cereset Vienna have welcomed us and cared for us like family when we needed them! I have gained so much freedom from chronic conditions and no longer need medications I have been taking for nearly a decade, my teenager's learning glitches are no longer holding her back, and an older child is having less migraines, and improved mood. Cereset's brain balancing process is excellent. It has improved my overall mood and sleep. Kris is awesome- she cares deeply about her clients and improving their overall lives. The mental side of golf is so important and having a correct mindset has aided in my teaching as well as seeing and feeling whether my students are in the correct mode to transform their games.

I've been having Cereset sessions for several months now months and have become a true believer in this technology. Over a lifetime, I have tried so many things to find relief from anxiety, depression and ptsd and most things I've tried have been only moderately helpful. It's a journey, but this technology has been much more effective than most of the other treatments I've attempted. People in my life consistently remark on the changes they see unfolding in my ability to cope and navigate through stressful situations. It has truly made such a huge difference!
