This is my preferred store. I purchase more protein bars and nutrition supplements than most people and highly recommend this store. Each time I have come in, Justin has been extremely friendly (but not in a pushy way), knowledgeable, and helpful in getting me the best deals for what I need.

They're always low on stock, it always looks like half the story is empty, and whether management or store sales reps, or even their 800 customer service, they are all clueless and don't know what they're doing. Every purchase requires multiple calls or store visits. Either it's this store or GNC in general, but the experience has repeatedly been frustrating.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. NEVER PURCHASE ANY ITEMS at this store. They hire condescending, arrogant, lazy, uneducated employees. VISIT THE VITAMIN SHOPPE IN TYSONS MALL INSTEAD! THEY have Amazing Customer Service and take their time with you to find exactly what your looking for.

Walked up as employee was locking the door at 3pm on a friday and wouldnt let me buy anything. Asked why he was closing and he said the next shift was late and he wasnt waiting. Poor store operations
