We have planned two trips with McLean and plan to continue doing so! McLean always makes sure to hear our preferences and makes thoughtful plans which also consider our budget. She is undoubtedly knowledgeable and makes sure to give us a lot of choices too. McLean is also very responsive whenever we have a question. You can't go wrong with Lilly Pond Luxury! I should also mention that we decided to cancel our first trip due to COVID but McLean helped us not to lose any of the money that we paid, minus the insurance.

We used Lily Pond Luxury to book our honeymoon, which was the first time booking with them. McLean knocked it out of the park! While I've known McLean for years as a colleague, I was amazed at how she picked up on our preferences and was able to tailor a honeymoon location and resort that was so aligned with what we were looking for. Lily Pond Luxury also booked a honeymoon for our friends, that ended up being completely different so you can tell she really pays attention to what is important to her clients and what they are looking for in a vacation. The best part about booking with Lily Pond Luxury is that in most cases they have actually visited the resorts so they have tons of recommendations between things to do, places to eat and little tips and tricks that other travelers wouldn't know. The quality of the resort we stayed at was amazing and we will definitely be booking our next trip with McLean. Lily Pond Luxury has our trust and they were super responsive during our trip and up to date on the latest COVID/travel restrictions and rules.

I have used McLean for dozens of trips over the years and am so beyond grateful for her. About two weeks before my honeymoon that she planned a year in advance, our destination got hit by a massive hurricane. I really think I would have launched myself off the nearest bridge without her. Within an hour of her saying we should consider a new destination, she had ten replacement options in front of me, talked me through all of them, and gave me all the answers on what would be the closest to the honeymoon we booked. She really knows her locations - has a great portfolio of hotels for you to choose from and has given me SO much value. She recently planned a trip around Ireland for my husband and I which was a life changing trip. What I thought I wanted and what she suggested absolutely came to life and it was a magical trip. She is thoughtful of budgets, gives great recommendations and every vacation I've worked with her on has been amazing. I can't thank her enough for the trips she has planned for me and I will continue to use her and Lily Pond Luxury forever!!!
