This is the first company ever to have cold messaged me with spam trying to get business, and was after I went to be and woke me up. I dont live anywhere near them in leesburg. This review is for that call.

(Original) Mantenganse alejados de esta agencia inmobiliaria, cuando comienzan todo el proceso todos son amables cuando muestran las casas luego para hacer todo el papeleo todo lo solicitan de buena manera pero al momento que se hace el cierre ellos ya no contestan llamadas ni mensajes de texto. Lo unico que ellos hacen es buscar su dinero y no les importa como quede el cliente en mi caso Angelica Castillo y Jorge Alvarez fueron los encargados de llevar todo el papeleo tomaron decisiones por mi que al final me afectaron en muchas cosas. No me permitieron pasar una inspeccion para verificar el estado de la propiedad, ellos por querer hacer el cierre rapido lo que hicieron fue mandar documentos diciendo que eran urgentes y nunca se me dio una explicacion de la importancia del documento que si no firmaba ese documento perderia la propiedad que estaba comprando y el deposito que habia hecho y no se hacian cargo de recuperar ese dinero. Despues del cierre me trate de comunicar con Angelica por llamada y por mensaje ella solo ignoraba nunca contesto y cuando contesto y le mencione todos los problemas que tenia la propiedad ella me respondio que su trabajo termino cuando hizo el cierre, y lo unico que sugirio que ella no estaba para problemas pequeos y recomendaba que se comprara una garantia para no estarle llamando ni textiando. A causa de todo el improfesionalismo de esta agencia gaste demasiado en reparaciones que pudieron haber sido evitadas si ellos hubieran hecho bien su trabajo, tube que cambiar el sistema de aire acondicionado, la valvula principal del agua, todos los electrodomesticos no funcionaban aunque ellos habian dicho que iban a estar en buenas condiciones igual que todo lo principal de la casa. Jorge se habia hecho responsable a resolverme los problemas pero despues lo que hizo fue no responder a mis textos o contestarme las llamadas. Al final de tanto insistir Jorge y Angelica me mencionaron que la casa se habia vendiendo con condiciones las cuales nunca se mencionaron y que por eso ellos no se hacian cargo de todo lo que estaba pasando. NO LES RECOMIENDO QUE PONGAN EL PATRIMONIO DE SU FAMILIA EN MANOS DE ESTAS PERSONAS MEJOR BUSQUEN UNA AGENCIA QUE SEA RESPONSABLE Y QUE LES IMPORTE EL BIENESTAR DE SUS CLIENTES Y NO SOLO EL DE ELLOS.
