Tried to rent a property from an agent who works here. The agent was kind and responsive but the application process took longer than other places. Ultimately, we werent accepted for the home we applied for due to late rent payments when we exercised our tenant rights in DC to withhold rent living in unsafe conditions as per the Office of Tenant Advocate in DC. If you struggled during the pandemic or ever had to use your tenant rights against shady landlords, I would recommend not using your time, money and resources here. They will use that against you, despite your good credit and having well over the recommended income requirements.

Julie Brodie is the best there is. When it comes to Julie, money isnt what she sees in her clients. She truly had our best interest at heart. My husband and I are first time home buyers and she was able to negotiate in this tough market. She won us our home at well below asking price when when it was appraised much higher.
