Very unhappy with the entire team at Weichert. Kay (realtor) concealed information that was given to her by the seller which would have allowed us to make a more informed decision before purchase-and even after purchase. She concealed information about a structural issue in the home we purchased-and her boss Gary covered it up for her. Do not trust any home Weichert is representing-you cannot trust this team. If youre a buyer, be warned, they will hide and conceal in order to sell a house. Because of their illegal concealment we have had several thousand of dollars of issues/damages in our home. Kay purposely withheld this information in order to close on the house-the concealment was so meticulous inspections didnt find the issues. This is a longer story than I can go into in a review. Just beware-Kay and the team have no morals or integrity-I have contacted an attorney and will be filing in court.
