Really pleased with the service we received from Tony. He came quickly, diagnosed the issue, ascertained that it had already fixed itself, and did not charge us since he didn't have to fix anything. We really appreciate his customer-service mindset and will be sure to use Hicks Plumbing going forward. Thanks again!

I just want to say that Hicks plumbing is simply amazing! They always answer the phone day or night and offer emergency services. That is a rarity in today's world. They have helped me and my family multiple times and most recently with my sump pump. They are very experienced with a wealth of knowledge! I honestly would not trust anyone else with my plumbing needs and especially my sump pump :). Sincere thanks Christina for all your help and support!

Prompt service, honest pricing and diagnosis. Called Hicks Plumbing to repair a faulty valve at my mom's house which they fixed on the spot. Used them again to repair a faulty toilet at my condo. Tony was very professional and provided excellent work.

We have been calling Hicks plumbing services ever since we bought our house way back in 2009. They have helped us with everything from toilets that wont stop filling and clogged sinks, to installing a new bathroom in our addition, installing a sump pump in our crawlspace, snaking our sewer lines and replacing a water heater over a holiday weekend (after ours ruptured unexpectedly). Pricing has always been fair. Even the emergency repair on the water heater wasnt as much as I was expecting! They have taken such great care of us that I recommend them to everyone I know!
