        Our Australian Shepherd and I have followed Sook-Hee here from the former Loyal Companion location. She's kind and friendly to my dog and always takes great care of her. Happy to see Wag N Wash take over and keeping her and Charles who both are great.

        Traveled 45 minutes one way after reading their ad for self dog wash only to find it was not even finished being built yet. Why didnt their ad page say that instead of open! Sales person shrugged & said its a general ad for all the stores together. Very frustrating & shows a lack of consideration for their potential customers. There is way too much competition in the pet & grooming business for this lack of business protocol. They lost this 4 cat 2 dog owner as a customer.
