        I am a tenant, they Bait an Switched us. At contract signing they provided us with a complimentary "Community Meeting Room" with a large window where we could meet clients. This room was the big reason we signed with Regus over others. Less than a year later they moved the Community Meeting Room to a smaller office with no windows, not fit to meet with clients. They do not care about our concerns about client experience and just want to rent the former "Community Meeting Room" to another tenant. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, JUST THEIR BOTTOM LINE

        Regus is terrible. They will charge late fees (even though they have your credit card on file) and will deliberately not charge the credit card until 18 months later. You will then receive a call to pay the amount (and interestingly they now will charge the credit card on file which they could have done many months ago). Stay away from this company.
