        Upen was extraordinary in our mortgage process. He was very quick with the mortgage. We closed three weeks earlier than the original closing date, which lowered our interest rate substantially. Also, our closing costs came in about $11k less than original estimation. My wife and I did the physician loan and are were first time home buyers.
