My siblings and I had to sell our parents house in Vienna, VA, after 40+ years of our parents living there. None of us children live in the area and the house had not been "purged" or updated by our parents. Mary Beth was able to coordinate everything for us locally including the estate sale, landscaping, cleaning and purging, low-cost fixes to spruce up the property, general maintenance etc - having her there willing and able to do all that was a God-send. Mary Beth was extremely patient with us throughout the process. She armed us with comparables and local market intelligence. We settled on a listing price with her help and sold the home with NO CONTINGENCIES for CASH in the first few days of listing for over our asking price (with multiple offers over listing). The whole process could not have gone better.
