We were connected to Chris through our lender and what a fortunate connection it was! Chris was a fantastic agent. His attention to detail was unmatched and he was always looking out for our best interest. He meticulously inspected every property and pointed out every potential flaw for our consideration. He was very responsive and immediately assisted with every request we had. He steered us through the homebuying process with unparalleled expertise. We would 100 percent use Chris again and will recommend him to anyone asking for an agent.

We were new to the DMV area and FTHBs so didnt really fully understand what we were dealing with in terms of area, schools, commute, future prospects, what to look for in a house (and what to look out for in a house!). Chris was extremely patient with us and helped us cast a wide net covering pretty much all of DMV. Some times we would see two places in an area and then Id ask if we can see another nearby and he would be ready to go and make the arrangements on the spot. As FTHBs we were nervous about unknowingly buying something that had significant red flags that wed just miss because we didnt know what to look for. Chris, with his thorough inspections during the showing, would help us figure out whether a place would align with our needs or if needed significant work (and $$). His background in fire rescue was extremely helpful in terms of identifying safety and security hazards in older homes since hes seen it all. During the negotiation and contract phase he was always available and there to guide us on escalation clauses, title, homeowners insurance etc etc. There are so many minor details in the homebuying process and when youre faced with them Chris is there to work with you and figure out what best suits your needs without any judgement! Overall, we would highly recommend Chris especially if you are want the most thorough walk through of the house during your showing (hell take you through every nook and cranny with a torch and show you signs of mold, termites, structural issues like a bulging wall, quick but hazardous fixes, the list goes on and on).

Chris Dudley is THE BEST agent that we have worked with!!! I admit that we were a very picky buyer. He guided us through a long house searching journey, went to 70+ showings during the past a year and half, until we found our DREAM house!! Chris was very patient, did not rush us to buy any houses, not a single one. We were amazed by how knowledgeable he was. Every house we went, he use a flashlight and a laser pointer to look for issues there might be. He went through all the potential problems; utility systems remaining lifetime; existing damages; window insulations, etc from interior to exterior. Chris did the pre-inspection for us! He also taught us a lot of home maintenance knowledges. Whats necessary, whats good to have. When we finally found THE house, and wanted to proceed with an offer, Chris proactively communicated with the listing agent. And suggested and prepared the best offer for us as a buyer! We closed the house with the best deal we could get. We were very impressed and satisfied! We had a such wonderful experience with Chris as our agent! Chris is an amazing realtor and truly puts the clients interest first. We auditioned nearly a dozen agents before finding Chris through a trusted recommendation. What a difference! He was always super-attentive to potential deficiencies in a property and quickly spotted faults other realtors routinely missed. He helped us to avoid at least two potential disasters before finding our new home, and we are very happy with everything. We can wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone seeking a home in the DMV. He naturally got a sense of what we were looking for and not once did we waste any time at a property we did not like. Incidentally, he proved particularly adept at explaining everything to a first time buyer (my wife) and someone long out of the market (me).
