Active Infusions is a great option and provides a positive medical experience for patients dealing with complex medical situations. Their team is knowledgeable and compassionate, and their office and amenities are patient-focused and extremely comfortable all very appreciated from this patients perspective!

If you are one in need of an infusion ... Active Infusions is where you need to go. Hands down the best: you need not look any further. The facility is quiet, clean and very accomodating. The staff are RNs, knowledgeable, efficient and very respectful. Active is not like other infusion facilities. They schedule appoints individually giving each appoint its own time slot. It is not overcrowded. It is not a simple processing"stand in line and wait your turn". The nurse will speak to you, explain the process, define the drugs, give the side effects and ensure you understand what to expect as a result of the infusion. You will know you are in good hands! My rating of Active Infusions ... 10 stars!

Getting infusions every 8 weeks while working a full time job can be difficult. Im so thankful that I found Active Infusions. Their schedule is very flexible, offering afternoon and weekend appointments. Caitlin, the infusion nurse, is kind, professional, and responsive. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of infusion practices is impressive. I feel very safe there! Layla, who handles the billing, is also extremely responsive, answering billing questions quickly and efficiently.

Experience was the opposite of all the other reviews. The company was non-responsive when I was trying to set up an appointment. Last text completely ignored. Why is google not showing this review. It's troubling...

I was referred to Active Infusions after months of searching for options to treat my boyfriend's severe/sudden anemia, which was diagnosed after one terrifying trip to the hospital that ended in emergency surgery, 2 blood transfusions, a 2-week hospital stay, and countless appointments with specialists with no end in sight. I had all but given up hope after my second failed attempt to schedule with two other providers, when I received a call from Leyla. What a godsend! From day 1, Leyla was extremely accommodating, professional, and personable. She sent an email that provided in-depth details about Active Infusions, to include information about how they came to be, what to expect, how to prepare for the first appointment, and so much more. Despite some of her staff being out sick, she was able to squeeze us in for a same-week appointment and made every attempt to accommodate last-minute schedule changes. She quickly responded to all calls and texts no matter the time of day or night and contacted me directly to ensure everything was okay when Erik was running late for his appointment. Leyla's partner, Caitlin was equally accommodating, friendly, and professional and made Erik as comfortable as possible. I am so grateful for Leyla and Caitlin and recommend Active Infusions to anyone seeking to be treated by two of the best professionals in a warm and cozy environment.
