        I had a VERY disappointing experience. Needed a time sensitive service, was given a time window. No-one showed or called. When I called back to inquire I was told that none of the services would be sent out today due to snow (less than 2"). No one even called to let me know. No apology, not even an offer to reschedule. I quickly found another company who was happy to help. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

When you called in to our dispatch they did offer to reschedule, but you were not happy with the time frame. We are glad you were taken care of, even if it was by a competitor.
