I cannot say enough good things about Mayflower Construction Group. From the initial design phase all the way until the completion of the project, they were outstanding! I had them do my very old and outdated kitchen and I could not be happier with the results. My kitchen is GORGEOUS! I will definitely be using them again for when I redo my bathrooms. Highly recommend!

We recently completed a 3 bathroom renovation with the Mayflower Construction group. It was a positive experience across the board. We worked with a design consultant who was committed from the start of the project to its success. She helped us choose unique designs from the tile, lighting and color for each bathroom. She provided great insight and was helpful in guiding us through the process. The construction group was professional, detail oriented and thorough in meeting our needs and expectations. If we were ever to take on another large renovation project, we would definitely go with Mayflower.

We had a great experience with Mayflower. They fully renovated (down the studs) a full bathroom upstairs, and powder room downstairs, and we could not be happier! Like most people we've lived through some painful renovations in the past, and it put us off doing any remodeling for a long time. This experience was entirely different, and we can't speak highly enough of Nicole, whom, from the moment we met, we just knew she'd take good care of us. Alex, Carol and the crew were also great to work with, and communication was excellent throughout. The project was on time, and on budget, which is definitely a first for us! The process started with Nicole coming over to the house, checking out both spaces, discussing ideas, answering our many questions, etc. We then met in the showroom to pick materials (which was fun!), and before we knew it, we were on the schedule and the construction was started. Alex, the project manager, called in throughout the project, and he was very professional and clearly works very well with his crews. I was working from home most days during the construction and could hear them discussing and planning each phase together before they got going. The crew was very experienced, with a good eye for details, and they carried out the work flawlessly. I'm an Engineer, and I'm picky about things being done right, and I was very impressed with their expertise. All the plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, etc, was done by the book, and I feel very confident in what's behind the walls. The biggest compliment we can give them is that we're planning on doing more projects early next year. The things we wanted to do to the house, that we put off for years because of previous bad experiences, we're now finally going to push ahead with, and have Mayflower take care of. I am a first time home remodeler and had lots of questions regarding a kitchen renovation, including process, costs, design options, etc. I spoke with 4 or 5 design and build companies and selected Mayflower Construction Group. I was impressed by how responsive and patient they were with all of my questions, as well as the overall professionalism of their team. I received 4 bids from contractors and Mayflower's was very competitive. I also appreciated the transparency of their pricing. I definitely had a solid sense of the overall cost of the project before any work was started. And if things came up along the way, my contact at Mayflower always communicated those things to me and explained the "hows and whys" of the situation. I live in a condo complex that has many rules regarding contractors and in-unit renovations, and the entire team at Mayflower was very respectful of those. The onsite field team was also extremely respectful of my home space and cleaned up at the end of each day, including neatly grouping all of their materials in one section of my living room and vacuuming the space, which made living in my condo while the construction was taking place a bit more pleasant! I give Mayflower Construction Group an A-plus for overall professionalism, quality of work, and fair pricing. Mayflower Construction Group exceeded my expectations for my kitchen renovation and I look forward to working with them again when it's time to renovate my bathrooms.
