        Switching the phone and Internet service can be very stressful. I was lucky to work with Jimmy who was very knowledgeable and extremely kind to help me through the whole process. It takes time and patience. He activated my phone and Internet and took care of numerous promotions that I would probably loose in spite of all the emails from T mobile with instructions. Now I am very happy customer and will recommend T mobile to my friends and family, . Thank you, Jimmy.
