I have a home in Alexandria VA. The home started to smell very musty and we could not figure out why. We had Mold Aid come in to inspect the home and they found a leak from our wash machine plumbing into the crawlspace of the home. Mold was growing under the home which is why there was such an odor. Mold Aid was very professional and John Taylor was very detailed in explaining the problem. We have had the repairs done and things are so much better. I would recommend this firm. They were very easy to work with and competent. I was impressed by their certifications, their simple process and customer services and follow up.

Mold Aid was called to provide testing services for my home. They came out and discovered a major moisture condition behind the walls of my basement. They provided me with a scope of work for repair and it was very professional. I hired them to perform the remediation services and the job was performed as contracted for. The home was very clean after the job was complete. They followed up to my satisfaction and they also worked with me to help me get most of the project taken care of by my insurance company which I did not expect would happen. They were very professional and very attentive to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good inspection or if they needed a quality remediation of their home. The owner John Taylor of Mold Aid also was very kind and helped us understand the lab results and he was also very useful in breaking down the job for our insurance company. Overall it was a good experience and I felt they went above and beyond what we expected.
