Mitchell & Morin Eye Institute

Love the doctor, but visual field test schedule is only available on Tuesday morning and schedule is full for 3 months which makes it a nightmare. Had to reschedule visual field, but can't get an appointment for 3 months which means I have to reschedule the doctor too. If the demand is there, I would think they would add more appointments for technicians to do testing since thier unavailability impacts the doctors schedule.

Dr. Morin was excellent. I highly recommend her because of her professionalism and honest advise. Admin staff was helpful and accommodative setting my appointment. I will recommend her to friends and family. Thank you, Dr. Morin!

Dr. Morin's skills are fine (I had very good results with my cataract surgeries), but she is ALWAYS running behind. Way behind. At the time she was to start seeing patients in the Vienna office, she was still in Bethesda. I know emergencies can occur, but this is a regular thing. Rude.

It varies so much from visit to visit and call to call. In general, this office was much better in the past however staff turned over has been significant. Even some of the current staff is ruder in general then years passed. This office originally came highly recommended about 2 years ago and in the passed I would have raved about them. At this point the staff (and wait times) have deteriorated and you may be better off looking for another office. For reference, a pre opp appt at 11am went till 12:50 with roughly 10 minutes of the whole appt being seen by a nurse or Dr. If you value your time, this may not be the practice for you.
