First of all, I would like to say if there is any way possible to salvage and keep your own teeth, do it at any cost! Nobody tells you or warns you about the hell you go through getting a full bridge implant, not to mention the $$$ it costs. Unfortunately, with my situation, every one of my top teeth had to be pulled along with half of my bottom. That is probably one of the most devastating things you can ever be toldthen the denture hell beganyou cant chew or eat and the pain is beyond belief I quickly realized I needed to look into implants and I started looking for a qualified dentist Immediately.. After going to several consultations with top dentist in my area, I finally met with Dr. Alex and his team. I decided after this Consultation that they were the right team for me. Then starts the almost year ordeal of implants We definitely had some trials and tribulations along the way, but everyone at Tysons Dental was great at resolving the issues and making sure I was taken care of. If you think something like this is going to be easy or go smoothly think again. There is nothing easy about this on either side but you definitely want a doctor and team with the knowledge and experience to deal with anything and thats exactly what you get here!! This has been a long time coming and Im so grateful & thankful because implants have saved me!! I finally got my permanent bridge in yesterday and I honestly couldnt be happier!! Thank you again Dr Alex and team for all your dedication and hard work!!

Never attend this place for these reasons. - Out dated machinery - Low pay doctors, which are not paying much attention to you. - Like a system work us together to makes you attend every month for a minor reason that can be solved in one appointment. - they are asking you, your job and then they are planning for you to make you pocket empty. In summary from their eye, you are life dollar notes not a patient with a specific problem seeking health

Highly recommend! The office staff was pleasant and Dr. Georgi Talmazov was gentle and considerate. The doctor is outstandingly professional. He wouldnt be done with me until everything was absolutely perfect. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.

I would like to commend a hygienist who did a great job cleaning my teeth this morning (03-22-2024). I think her name is Pham. She was so attentive and meticulous on the well being of my dental health in addition to lots of good advice. I fully appreciate them. Also, Dr. Alex, our family dentist for 20+ years, came in to examine my teeth as usual. It was great. Thank you!
