I had my first consultation with Dr Paino yesterday. In a word Dr Paino and his staff are the best. From the moment I was greeted by front office staff to the assistants, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Given my fear and anxiety when dealing with dentists, this was the most relaxing experience ever. Dr Paino was thorough and patient in explaining the possible procedures and and treatments that will provide me with a great smile for the first time in my life. Furthermore, he actually listened to me. That alone makes the experience vastly different from any other dentist I have consulted in the past. The technology was cutting-edge and unlike any other I have experienced in the past. This technology allows Dr Paino to develop a treatment plan that is precise and designed specifically for me. Bottom line, a five star rating is a disservice, because there is no numerical rating that could fully indicate the extraordinary professionalism, kindness and overall care for the patient I experienced with Dr Paino and his staff.

Doctors Rudolph, Paino, and Grubic are excellent dentists, providing professional care in a friendly and caring environment. I have been a patient of their practice for many years and have always been pleased with the services provided. Their staff are also very good and friendly.

Dr. Rudolph, Dr. Paino and staff is the epitome of excellence and professionalism. My family (my hubby, and our sons) have trusted our dental care to them for over 25 years. From the time you walk through their doors, you are treated and cared for as if you are family. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend all the services they offer. You are truly in good hands with Dr. Rudolph, Dr. Paino and their staff.

When I was looking for a dentist in 2010, I asked all of my friends for recommendations. I only had one friend who raved about her dentist and eagerly told me great they were. Based on her suggestion, I called Dr. Rudolph and Dr. Paino's office and am happy to report that I totally understand why my friend had that reaction. Unfortunately, I don't have the best teeth, so I got to know the team really well. Dr. Paino was my dentist for the past ten years and I trust him and his team. They are on top of new technology, will give you their honest recommendation, never pressure you, and ultimately care for you as their patient. Beyond the dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants, the front desk staff is also top notch. They are friendly and on top of things. There were a couple times I had to be worked in because of a dental issue and they always made it work. I still remember the first time I called and the way Trish patiently gave me directions to the office (including landmarks). It's honestly hard to put into words how special this dental practice is. Although Dr. Paino was my dentist, Dr. Rudolph always said hello when he saw me in the office. It's very apparent how much people trust this team. I recently moved out of the area and I honestly hate the thought of going to a new dentist. Dr. Paino and the entire staff set the bar extremely high. The good news though, is that if I ever need a second opinion, I know exactly who to call. So, if you're looking for a dentist that you're going to rave about, give them a call. Seriously, they're that good.
