PSI Test Center

Note: they are not open in Saturdays. They do not take appointments for fingerprinting. If you call the main line, they will not tell you the hours of operation. I was told my the call center that the only locations were in other states. When I asked if they were open Saturdays, the representative said maybe. Go in person and find out.

The Testing center lost the internet connection in the middle of the exam. We all had to stop and come out and wait. Once everyone was out, they mentioned about internet outage. Luckily it came back in 10 minutes, but losing the train of thought in the middle of exam is not a great experience.

My recent experience was great. The staff were professional and courteous and the facility was clean and quite.

I got fingerprinted here a couple days after taking my real estate exam in June. Its been 8+ weeks and they lost my fingerprints, thus delaying my real estate license application. I have called multiple times and they still cannot find them nor does it seem like they're going to refund me. Go somewhere else to get fingerprinted

Worst manager ever! She was not helpful or kind! I stove 3 hours and she did not let me in because I was let. First she Said system does not alkol than she Said we can not take you because you are late.
