AT&T Corporate Offices

I was taken advantage of by a salesperson named Yoshi, he was at the military base in Ft Belvoir and he told me I can give you a monthly payment of 131.00 a month but he failed to mention all the important information that my first bill will be 524.00 and that I will get a credit to my account for all 4 phones that I turned in in mint condition. So now I’m stuck with a bill from T mobile for 1442.00 that due this month. I am a very disappointed customer and the service isn’t the greatest either. And I can’t switch back otherwise I’ll have an even bigger bill. Help me! I would like some one to contact me by email and then by phone

Im trying to reach the corporate office but there is no phone number. I keep receiving retirement information for an employee of yours in Pennsylvania. He or She does not live at my address and I keep sending the mail back. Im concerned this individual isnt receiving his or her paperwork.

If your a pay as you go customer. That's paid for 30 days service. You actually get 29 days and having to add more funds on the 30th day. I added money and before I could make a call was charged a day of usage and I haven't evenade a call yet. Lots of service area issues. Over all just not content with paying for a day of usage and have it taken away before I call to say hello to someone. I just addedoney and haven't used the service for 24hrs. I didn't even make a call.
